Last Updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Technoglobe Mira Road website, educational programmes, training courses, workshops, counselling, admissions services and related offerings.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme or enrolling in a course, you agree to the applicable Terms. Before making payment, please review the relevant course description, fee schedule, Refund Policy and any course-specific agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Indian law.
1. Business identity and contact information
Technoglobe Mira Road is the brand name used to present our education and training services. The legal entity responsible for a particular programme, collecting fees and issuing invoices will be identified in the applicable admission documentation, invoice or written offer.
Contact details
- Email: davidnazareth83@gmail.com
- Phone: +91 83697 35129
- Brand: Technoglobe Mira Road
Students should verify the legal name of the service provider, payment recipient, course fee and applicable terms before making payment.
No claim of government recognition, university affiliation, accreditation, certification authority or partnership should be inferred unless expressly stated and supported by valid documentation.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You agree to provide accurate information when enquiring about or enrolling in our programmes and to use our website and services lawfully.
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another person or falsify qualifications.
- Attempt unauthorised access to our website, systems or student records.
- Distribute malware, spam or unlawful content.
- Copy, sell or commercially exploit our learning materials without permission.
- Harass, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against students, instructors or staff.
We may reasonably restrict access, suspend services or take proportionate action in response to fraud, serious misconduct, security threats, unlawful activity or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond, subject to applicable law.
3. Courses and training services
We may offer programmes in digital marketing, cybersecurity, ethical hacking, data analytics, spoken English, graphic designing, video editing and other educational or professional-development subjects.
The course page, brochure, written offer or admission documentation will specify the applicable details, which may include:
- Course content and learning outcomes.
- Duration and class schedule.
- Classroom, online or hybrid delivery.
- Eligibility and attendance requirements.
- Course fees, taxes and payment arrangements.
- Assessments, projects and certificate eligibility.
- Career guidance, internship or placement-related services, where offered.
We may make reasonable changes to curriculum, instructors, tools, schedules or delivery methods to maintain educational relevance or address operational requirements.
If a change materially affects a key feature expressly promised to a student, we will communicate the change and provide any remedy required by the applicable agreement or law.
A course may be postponed or cancelled for genuine operational reasons, including insufficient enrolment or instructor unavailability. Where we cancel a paid programme, the applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Fees, payments and taxes
The applicable course fee, payment schedule, taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed before payment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees must be paid through an authorised payment method.
- Admission is confirmed only when the stated admission and payment requirements have been met and confirmation has been issued.
- Discounts, scholarships and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and validity periods.
- Payment plans must be followed according to the agreed schedule.
- Any applicable third-party transaction charges must be disclosed before payment.
- Students should verify the authorised payment recipient before transferring funds.
We will issue invoices or payment acknowledgements as applicable. We will not impose undisclosed charges or retrospectively alter an agreed fee except where legally permitted and properly disclosed.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy
This section forms part of our Terms and Conditions and must be read together with any separate Refund Policy and course-specific written agreement.
5.1 No refund after course commencement
Once a course has commenced, fees paid for that course are non-refundable if a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues attendance, changes their mind, fails to attend classes or is unable to continue for personal reasons, subject to applicable law and the exceptions below.
Students are responsible for reviewing the course details, duration, schedule, delivery mode, eligibility criteria, total fees and refund conditions before making payment.
Non-attendance, failure to access available learning materials, failure to complete assignments or discontinuation of participation after commencement will not, by itself, entitle a student to a refund.
For this policy, the course commencement date is the first scheduled teaching session or the date on which access to the course’s substantive learning content is first provided, whichever is earlier, unless a different definition is expressly stated in the applicable course agreement and is legally permissible.
5.2 Exceptions required by law or by a written commitment
The no-refund rule does not exclude a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law or under an enforceable written commitment. This may include circumstances where:
- We cancel a course and cannot provide the agreed service or a lawful alternative.
- A material part of the paid service is not delivered as agreed.
- A refund is due because of a legally actionable misrepresentation or other breach.
- A specific course offer or signed agreement expressly provides a refund in the circumstances concerned.
- A competent court, consumer commission or other authorised body orders a refund or other remedy.
Where a course is postponed or materially changed by us, students will be informed of the available options and any remedy required by the applicable agreement or law.
5.3 Before commencement
Any cancellation or refund request made before the course commences will be assessed under the applicable Refund Policy, course-specific terms and applicable law. The applicable policy should state any permitted deductions, processing period and conditions clearly before payment.
5.4 Refund requests and processing
Refund requests should be emailed to davidnazareth83@gmail.com and include the student’s name, registered mobile number, course name, payment reference and reason for the request.
We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction. Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method where practicable and within the communicated or legally required period. Bank or payment-provider processing times may be outside our control.
Nothing in this section permits us to retain money where doing so would violate applicable law.
6. Job placement, internships and employment disclaimer
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, enrolling in a course does not guarantee employment, a job offer, an internship, a minimum salary or a particular career outcome.
Our programmes are designed to develop relevant knowledge, practical skills and professional readiness. Depending on the programme, we may provide career guidance, interview preparation, resume support, job alerts, employer introductions or placement assistance.
Unless expressly guaranteed in an applicable written agreement:
- Placement assistance is a support service, not a promise of employment.
- We do not guarantee a minimum number of interviews, job offers, internships or employer responses.
- We do not guarantee employment with a specific employer, company, industry or location.
- We do not guarantee a minimum salary, promotion, freelance income, business revenue or return on course fees.
- Employers and clients independently determine recruitment criteria, compensation and selection outcomes.
- Outcomes may depend on attendance, performance, portfolio quality, communication, qualifications, interview performance, location, availability and labour-market conditions.
- Employers may change or withdraw vacancies or recruitment schedules without our control.
If a specific course or offer expressly promises a placement-related benefit, that promise will be governed by the relevant written terms. Such terms should identify the benefit, eligibility requirements, fulfilment period and any remedy if the commitment is not fulfilled.
This disclaimer does not override an express written placement commitment or excuse a misleading advertisement, an unfulfilled paid service or a breach of applicable law.
7. Salary and career-growth illustrations
Salary figures, income examples, career progression charts, freelance earnings and business revenue projections shown on our website, advertisements or course materials are illustrative unless explicitly identified and substantiated otherwise.
Illustrations are not guaranteed outcomes or representations that every student will earn the stated amount. Actual results depend on factors such as skills, experience, location, employer, market conditions, individual effort and interview performance.
Students should independently assess career opportunities and should not make financial commitments solely on the basis of illustrative salary or income projections.
We will endeavour to ensure that material factual claims in our advertisements are accurate and substantiated.
8. Student responsibilities and conduct
Students are responsible for:
- Attending classes and completing required learning activities.
- Following reasonable academic, assessment, safety and platform rules.
- Treating students, instructors and staff respectfully.
- Using software and third-party services lawfully.
- Protecting their login credentials.
- Providing accurate admission and qualification information.
- Meeting stated device, internet and software requirements unless these are included in the programme.
We may issue warnings, restrict access or take proportionate disciplinary action for fraud, harassment, cheating, plagiarism, serious misconduct, unauthorised recording, intellectual-property infringement or repeated non-payment.
Any disciplinary action affecting paid services, course completion or refunds will remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
9. Attendance, assessments and certificates
Attendance requirements, passing criteria, project submissions and certificate eligibility will be communicated for the relevant course.
Certificates may be issued only when the applicable completion, assessment, attendance, payment and other stated requirements have been met.
Unless expressly stated and substantiated, a certificate issued by us confirms participation in or completion of our programme. It is not automatically a university degree, government qualification, statutory professional licence or third-party accredited credential.
We do not guarantee that an employer, university, licensing body or other institution will recognise a certificate.
Certificates obtained through fraud, impersonation or falsified records may be reviewed and, where justified, corrected or revoked in accordance with applicable law and fair process.
10. Online classes and third-party services
Our programmes may use third-party video-conferencing platforms, learning management systems, software applications, payment gateways or cloud services.
The independent services and privacy practices of these providers may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for independent failures of third-party services beyond our reasonable control, subject to any duties imposed on us by law.
Where appropriate, we may reschedule a class, provide an alternative delivery method, extend access or take another reasonable step to address technical interruptions.
Students must not record or distribute classes, recordings, course materials or other students’ personal information without appropriate permission.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, course materials, presentations, recordings, videos, graphics, logos and learning resources are owned by us or used under licence.
Students receive limited permission to use course materials for their own learning during the authorised access period.
Without written permission, students must not reproduce, resell, sublicense, publicly distribute or commercially exploit course materials, share course logins, remove copyright notices or upload restricted content to public platforms.
Students retain rights in their original work, subject to any applicable third-party rights or separate written terms. Any use of student work, testimonials, photographs or recordings for promotional purposes will be subject to appropriate permission where required by law.
12. Website accuracy and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information current. However, course descriptions, schedules, instructor details, fees and availability may change.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures, connectivity problems, cyber incidents or other operational issues.
We may correct errors, update content or modify website features. If an error materially affects an existing paid enrolment, we will address it in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
This section does not permit knowingly misleading information or disregard of a binding contractual commitment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, including speculative future profits, anticipated salary increases, business opportunities or career benefits.
Where legally permissible, our liability for a particular claim arising from a paid course may be limited to the amount paid for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
No limitation in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This includes applicable statutory consumer rights, remedies for misleading representations, and any liability that must remain available under Indian law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a student from approaching a competent court, consumer commission or other authorised body.
Students remain responsible for their own decisions, conduct and career choices, except to the extent applicable law places responsibility on us.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a student may be responsible for direct losses or reasonable costs arising from their proven fraud, unlawful conduct, deliberate misuse of our systems, infringement of third-party intellectual-property rights or material breach of these Terms.
This clause does not transfer to a student our own negligence, unlawful conduct, statutory violations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred. Any claim will be assessed on its facts and in accordance with applicable law.
15. Privacy and personal information
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared and retained.
Information may be processed as necessary to respond to enquiries, administer admissions, deliver courses, process payments, communicate with students, maintain records, protect systems and meet legal obligations.
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data-protection laws. Where separate consent is legally required for optional marketing, cookies or other processing, it will be obtained as required.
16. Communications and electronic records
We may contact students regarding enquiries, admissions, payments, classes, assessments and course administration using the contact information supplied.
Promotional communications will be subject to applicable consent, communication and opt-out requirements. Opting out of promotional messages will not necessarily stop essential communications relating to an existing enrolment or transaction.
Electronic communications, invoices, payment records and confirmations may be maintained as transaction records, subject to applicable law. Students should retain their own payment receipts and admission confirmations.
17. Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, government restrictions, widespread internet or power outages, strikes, cyber incidents or failures of essential third-party infrastructure.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate the issue and, where practicable, reschedule classes or provide an alternative arrangement.
This provision does not automatically entitle us to retain fees for undelivered services where a refund or other remedy is required by law or the applicable agreement.
18. Suspension, termination and discontinuation
We may suspend or terminate access to our website, learning platforms or programmes where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, serious misconduct, security risks or material breach of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
If we discontinue a paid programme for reasons within our control, outstanding services, alternative arrangements and applicable refunds will be handled under the relevant agreement and law.
Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations for services properly provided or any refund, consumer or other legal right that continues to apply.
19. Complaints and grievance redressal
Students may contact us to raise concerns regarding courses, fees, refunds, placement assistance or other services.
Grievance contact
- Email: davidnazareth83@gmail.com
- Phone: +91 83697 35129
Please include your name, registered mobile number, course name, relevant dates, payment reference where applicable and a description of the issue.
We will address complaints within a reasonable period and any specific statutory deadline that applies. Where applicable law requires a designated grievance officer or additional disclosures, the relevant details will be published on the website.
Nothing in this section prevents a student from exercising a statutory remedy or approaching a competent authority.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory statutory jurisdiction, consumer-protection provisions and the authority of competent courts or tribunals, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts legally competent to hear the matter in Maharashtra.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer commission or other authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, technology or legal requirements.
The latest version and its effective date will be displayed on this page. Material changes affecting existing students will be communicated where appropriate or legally required.
Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or override a binding written commitment except where legally permitted.
Where fresh consent or a specific agreement is legally required, we will obtain it.
22. Severability and complete agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
These Terms should be read together with the relevant course description, admission documentation, fee schedule, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any course-specific written agreement.
A specific written commitment made by an authorised representative and accepted as part of an enrolment will not be overridden merely by a general disclaimer on this website.
Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
